Killer League Scissor Seven

Seven (in Chinese: 伍六七), is the main protagonist of the Donghua TV series, Scissor Seven (柒), formerly named Killer Seven (in Chinese: 刺客伍六七). He’s a 21-year-old barber who suffers from amnesia. Alongside his boss (and best friend) Dai Bo and Xiao Fei, works as an assassin for hire to gain a lot of yuan to retrieve his lost memory. He was found by Dai Bo and Xiao Fei on a beach in Chicken Island when he was 19 and has been living with them for 2 years, running a barbershop business (assassin in disguise).

Throughout the series, he tries to kill his targets, but fails, helping or saving his targets from their problems instead.
