How to place an order

Retail order

As a customer, you can directly place an order on our website, choose the product you would like to order and put it into the cart. You then can enter your delivery address and check the shipping charges.

Please make sure that the information you input is correct, so that we can successfully ship it to you. Then submit your order.


We will send you a confirmation e-mail after you placed your order. In this e-mail we provide the payment information (the bank account information) for you, so that you can pay your order. We offer USD, EUR and multi-currency bank account details. You can choose the one that is most suitable for you.


We normally take around 1-3 working days to verify your payment. Once your payment is verified, we will arrange your order to ship. When your order is shipped out, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number.


Since we send with registered air packet from Hong Kong or China mainland, the dimension and weight of the package is restricted to under 2KG or 3KG (US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain). There may be no shipping options if you buy more than 2 or 3 items in one order. You can check whether you can submit the order in your shopping cart. If this case happens to you, please buy them separately (spit your order) and not in the same order.


We have delivery restrictions to some countries where expensive shipping charges occur. This may happen to addresses in South America, Africa, and small faraway islands. If this is the case for you, and you would like to place an order on our website, please contact us at info@eubiz.com.cn and tell us your delivery address. We will help you check the shipping charges and can manually place an order for you instead if you wish.


Wholesale order

We accept wholesale orders and deliver to most countries. You can directly place orders on our website if the weight of your order does not exceed 2KG or 3KG. If there are no shipping options shown in the shopping cart and you cannot submit your order, please contact us at info@eubiz.com.cn tell us your delivery address and purchasing quantity of the products. We will check the shipping charges and recommend you a proper shipping carrier.

Shopping Guide

Official products

We sell the official licenced products of these brands from official channels. If the item is not an official product, e.g. hand-made or fan-made, we will state it in the product description.

Shipping method

We send default delivery registered packet (under 2KG or 3KG), DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, etc. We will provide you with the tracking number after the order shipped out.

Shipping charge

The shipping charges varies depending on the delivery address, shipping provider, package dimensioin and weight. You can add a product and enter your address to check the shipping charges in the shopping cart.

Handling time

We normally take around 2 to 4 work days to process your order after your payment verified. If you bought a pre-order item, please check the product page for the estimated delivery time.

Price fluctuation

The prices of products fluctuate by market supply-demand and our purchasing costs. We don’t support any refund of price spread to customers.

Return policy

We will inspect the product carefully and pack it well with bubble wraps before shipping out. We only accept the returning of quality problem products, and wrong delivery. Please contact us within 7 days after your order was delivered.

The delivery time may delay caused by multiple factors, e.g. big deal activity, holiday, weather, worker strike, conflict, covid-19 pandemic, government restriction etc.

Import Taxes & Tips

The import taxes vary depending on the local custom policy. We can not tell you how much the exact taxes will be that you have to pay. There are some countries with free tax if the product is under a certain amount for example free import tax under USD200 in USA. So please inquire about the tax amount in your local customs office.


In case you have to pay import taxes in your delivery country, you have the duty to pay the taxes. Delivering to some countries, we need your VAT (South America) number or EORI (DHL for EU) number. Please write to us when you place an order.

It is however possible for some European countries to pay the import taxes in advance with limited registered packet.
